How to Log In to CPOMS StudentSafe
Access the System: Go to https://thamesbs.cpoms.net.

Log In:
- Enter your email address and password.
- If logging in for the first time, click ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the on-screen instructions to set your password.

Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (For Higher-Level Users Only):
- Higher-level users must set up two-factor authentication using the Microsoft Authenticator app or another compatible app.

Guide to Logging an Incident (Teacher Access)

Log In: Access CPOMS using the steps above.

Add a New Incident:
- Click the ‘Add Incident’ button at the top-left of the dashboard.
- Enter the student's name in the ‘Student’ field and select from the dropdown.
- Provide a detailed description of the incident in the ‘Incident’ text box.
- Choose the appropriate ‘Category’ for the incident.
- Use the ‘Linked Student(s)’ field to add other involved students if applicable.
- Adjust the ‘Date/Time’ fields as necessary.
- Attach files, if relevant, by using the upload option.
- Alert relevant staff by adding their names in the ‘Alert Staff Members’ field or selecting an alert group.
- Click ‘Add Incident’ to save and submit the report.
